This renovation project for two young professionals focused on functionality including relocating the main entrance to the longer side of the corner lot closer to parking, optimizing natural light and creating spacious areas for cooking and entertaining. The renovation included an open concept living space , a modern kitchen , 3 new bedrooms, 3 new bathrooms, new stairs, energy efficient upgrades to windows and envelope, as well as restoration and repair of the existing brick facade.
