This project for a young family involved the renovation and back addition of their High Park Edwardian home. Studio Maggs was hired on a design and planning consultant, kitchen designer and landscape design for the back yard. The design was focused on packing in a lot of storage and functionality for the family who loves entertaining. The limited space of the back yard was designed carefully to create a gracious and private outdoor entertaining space including hot/cold plunge pool, outdoor cooking, dining/lounge space , and kids play area all separate and from the vehicular maneuvering and turning space from a shared narrow drive to a two-car garage.
